These Terms of Service govern your use of App9.org, a public domain used for consumer-facing web apps, examples, previews, and published apps created with App9. App9.org is operated by AccelerMedia LLC as part of the App9 ecosystem.
Agreement
By accessing App9.org, viewing apps hosted on App9.org, submitting information to an App9.org-hosted app, or publishing an app through App9 that appears on App9.org, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use App9 Account or App9 Builder to create or manage apps, those services are also governed by the App9 account terms at https://account.app9.co/terms.
What App9.org Is
App9.org is intended to host and showcase consumer-generated or App9-generated web apps that are separate from the trusted App9 account and builder control plane. App9.co explains the App9 product, account.app9.co manages accounts and billing, builder.app9.co is the builder experience, and App9.org is the public app surface for generated apps and examples.
User-Generated Apps and Content
- Apps, text, images, workflows, forms, and other materials published on App9.org may be created by App9 users, App9 agents, or automated tools.
- The person or team that creates or publishes an app is responsible for that app, its content, its data collection, and its compliance with applicable law.
- Do not submit sensitive personal information, payment card details, health information, credentials, or confidential information into an App9.org app unless the app clearly supports that use and you trust the publisher.
- AI-generated apps and content can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, or unavailable. Review outputs and use judgment before relying on them.
Publishing and App Creator Responsibilities
If you create or publish an app that uses App9.org, you are responsible for the app’s content, user experience, lawful operation, privacy disclosures, data handling, permissions, third-party services, and any claims you make to users. You may not publish apps that violate the law, infringe others’ rights, abuse infrastructure, mislead users, collect data deceptively, or distribute malware, spam, scams, or harmful content.
Acceptable Use
You may not use App9.org to attack, scan, overload, interfere with, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls for App9, hosted apps, or third-party systems. You may not use App9.org to host or distribute unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or prohibited content.
Third-Party and User Services
Apps hosted on App9.org may link to or integrate with third-party services, APIs, data sources, payments, analytics, forms, or embedded content. Those services may have their own terms and privacy policies. AccelerMedia is not responsible for third-party services or for independent policies provided by app creators.
No Professional Advice
App9.org apps and content do not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, security, or other professional advice unless a qualified provider separately states otherwise. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation.
Availability, Moderation, and Removal
We may review, restrict, remove, suspend, or disable apps, content, accounts, links, domains, or access where we believe it is necessary to protect users, prevent abuse, comply with law, address security issues, or enforce these Terms. App9.org may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued at any time.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
App9.org and apps hosted on it are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, App9 and AccelerMedia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
Indemnity
If you create, publish, or manage an app on App9.org, you agree to defend and indemnify App9 and AccelerMedia from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your app, your content, your users, your integrations, your data practices, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of App9.org after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
